Just Chillin – Wordless Wednesday Link Up

These are the kinds of things that make me question what some people think. This was on a major highway ( I-40 in NC). They were driving at least 50 mph with no railings or anything, just chillin! Oh yes my husband and I were laughing the whole time passing them! I am speechless.

    Isn’t that crazy!

    When I first moved here, back in 99, I saw kids riding in the back of a pickup on 40 and I was all shocked “Isn’t that ILLEGAL??? It’s illegal in PA!” and found out that nope, it was fine. LOL
